V1.02  27/06/97  - Added support for Internet Explorer Favorites
                 - Bookmarks launched from the Bookmark Filter screen have
                   their 'last visted' time/date updated.
                 - removed a bug which caused some valid bookmarks to be
                   reported as bad.
                 - Filtered Bookmarks are no longer included in reports
                 - Proxy server support.
                 - Status window retains last status lines.

V1.02  30/06/97  - Name Change from BookWorm to BookMarx
                   No other functional changes.

V1.03  17/07/97  - ftp://, file:// and other exotic bookmark links now
                   treated correctly.
                 - Can verify links with no nameserver entries.

V1.04  22/07/97  - Fixed a bug that caused a crash when an URL was larger
                   than 1024 bytes.
